I came to drop my unit off for an oil change. As soon as I walked in I wasn't greeted. Every single worker including my advisor all had their heads down. No welcome in, or we will be with you. Nothing! The lady there told me my advisor is dale and he was sitting there and didn't say anything or tell me he will be with me either. So she ends up helping me check my car in. I got a call from my advisor that my car was ready, I show up and still dont meet him the lady helped me again and even brought my car up for me cause it was raining. I am sorry but everyone seems so forced to provide the minimum customer service. I definitely fed into the dead tones and lack of customer service real quick and provided the same energy.

I was emailed a promotion for an oil change with filter replacements and full point inspection. Upon arriving I showed it to the representative and he automatically got upset and said “ I don’t think I can honor that i would have to get a manager involved I don’t know why their doing that”. In those same promotions there was a wheel alignment for $99.99 and an oil change for $29.99. He was able to honor that. What I didn’t like was it felt like he got bothered right away, not sure why he acts like he owns the company plus I’ve purchased two vehicles from this location. I purchased a 2013 Jetta and a 2018 atlas, so you can see I’ve been a loyal customer and to get treated that way I did not like. I’ve had other bad experiences here but I’ve never said anything but this time it rubbed me the wrong way. If you ask me if I’ll ever buy a car from here I would be lying if i said yes.

Thought Oscar and Richard were fabulous--the F&I guy--was good--not much into trying to negotiate add ons. But the overall experience was great!!

Overall, this service appointment went well. Unfortunately, the last few have been very problematic (i.e., keeping the vehicle another day for a standard SCHEDULED maintenance and not providing a courtesy vehicle, terrible communication/responsiveness regarding service progress). I scheduled my service appointment online (2 weeks in advance for a 7:15a drop-off). I stated online that I was bringing it in for the standard 70,000-mile service, and the backup camera was not working. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 7:15 a.m., the paperwork the service person showed me said "Customer doesn't know what needs to be done." So I had to tell them again at the time of drop-off what I was there for. I did have a service person that I hadn't worked with before (Sarah), and she was great. She was responsive when I texted her regarding service progress. She let me know they were going to need to order a new backup camera. I was able to pick my vehicle up the same day (which was a change of pace from my last couple of service appointments). Now I'm just waiting for the camera to arrive at the service department so I can take my vehicle back in to have that replaced.
