    My appointment was for 10:00 and there were many cars in line for service. I was told that vehicles were over booked for Monday morning. I was given a three window for my 2024 Tiguan, ended up picking it up at about 3 pm. I was going to wait for my car but ended up calling my wife to pick me up because of the wait. It is a 25 minute drive from my home.

    I'm going to try to be fair - I brought my vehicle in for three issues - a brake noise, electronic issue and a vibration. I scheduled the appointment for a Friday morning, and at that point was told my car may not even be checked out until 3-4 days. Why make an appointment if you can't be seen the day of your appointment? The service advisor was able to get my vehicle in the next day, but then somehow the service technician blew my master cylinder. The part would not arrive until the following Wednesday, but I had to wait until Monday for a loaner car. On Monday, I called several times to find out about a rental car, before finally calling the service manager. The service manager did call me back and I was able to get into a loaner until the car was finally done, on Friday. So this is why you get three stars. Because on one hand, the service was completed and it appears to be working fine now, but on the other hand, communication was awful and the problem never should have been this complicated.

    Andres and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the car buying process completely painless. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions/concerns. He was patient, friendly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His professionalism and helpful attitude made the entire experience smooth and actually enjoyable.

    Greeted me at the door. Offered me water. Offered my a test drive, and Danny answered any question I threw at him. And while I waited for the finance officer, Danny checked on my to make sure I was accommodated, even offered me a phone charger when my phone died.
