Best customer service I have had in a long time. I recently had back surgery and the sales team and finance team allowed me to do everything over the phone. They offered to bring the paperwork to the house for me to sign, however, I was able to have my son drive me over.

My advisor never answered and I had no idea how my car was coming along, I had to beg other department to walk over to service and have them call me every single time I needed to talk to someone

My vwgucle has to be towed in, so it did take a couple of days foe the initial inspection. Once done, I was informed of the progress of my vehicle repairs throughout the process.

Mike was communicative and honest throughout the entire process. My car needed major repairs and there were delays caused by the warranty company. Mike made countless phone calls to the warranty company and kept me updated along the way.
