The service provided by the service staff, especially Mr. Luis Villegas, was excellent. The work on my vehicle was performed on time and to optimal standards. Waiting for my vehicle was very pleasant and comfortable in the customer lounge, equipped with excellent snacks and premium coffee.

Service representative John trying to overcharge me for my repair. Will not help to resolve the issue with Sunbit and lying about speaking with them. Everything before hand was ok except the most important part … the money. Very unprofessional and unethical .
