Poor customer service. I would even say your employees were rude inconsiderate and my wife had to wait uninformed for an oil change for 3 hours. This is ridiculous. It was supposed to be me there waiting but I had to work so I sent her in my place. I won’t make that mistake again. This isn’t the first bad experience my son was treated in a similar fashion.

Re personal are always friendly, but the service is different. It takes them several times to fix a problem. My car had been at the dealer in various occasions and they gave not fix the problem. I am frustrated and annoyed with the mechanics. They need to inspect and make sure they issue is resolved before returning the car to then owners
