    Seamless experience from online scheduling to driving away. Service Rep explained the process and noted there was a bit of a backup which I appreciate as I had my book so no worries. Received updates on my cell which was fantastic. Rep gathered me and processed the bill, then walked me to the vehicle. Very happy with the experience.

    This is my third time in, and my third time being rejected a vehicle due to mine requiring over 4 days of service. However others were taken care faster, as I sat there for over three hours. Another was taken care by a supervisor who worked out a rental vehicle. I’m very disappointed and considering the return of the vehicle in search for a different one. My car wasn’t fully serviced as I need a car to go to work, and do my day to day personal things.
