    Poor to no communication since the day I dropped off my vehicle. I had to get someone in sales department to get my advisor to call me back after a week of getting avoided. When I got my vehicle back the A/C issue was still present and now im dreading making an appointment 😔

    Initial service was fine, but I had to take my car back after being told I had to change my brakes again - less than a year since the dealership replaced them. Subsequently I was told they would be covered under part warranty and were replaced for free.

    The staff is incredibly kind, but I was told two hours and waited four, bc the mechanics decided to work on a job that would take longer than an oil change that came in at least an hour after I did. So I was stuck waiting for way longer than originally intended and then I was lied to about the tracker being broken and glitchy - they just never started my car until after 3 hours of me sitting there waiting

    Very dissatisfied with service. I had an appointment at 930 am for an oilchange, I had to wait 4hours for my car to be ready. I had to ask a few times what is going on two hours in the service tracking said it was not even checked in. It took them from 930 am to 120 pm for an oil change. First time I had taken my car to your dealership where I bought it for an oil change and I was very disappointed.
