My service advisor went to bat for me to get the tire replaced. Luis Villegas is wonderful, I feel very fortunate to have him as my Service Advisor. He has always been straight with me, always doing whatever he can to help, and very understanding of my situation having to use my car so much for work.

The tech that checked me in was wonderful. The shop its self after I needed to leave and I dropped my car off to wait for my 945am appointment. She got on them as at 1145am the car was not done. So 5 stars for her maybe 2.5 for them. It dosen't take 2.15 hours to change oil and rotate tires.
