Front desk and all other staff were excellent. Appointment system was disapoinment, it seems at appointment don't mean at service have time to do service.

So I dropped my car off for an oil change and battery check, 2 hours after dropping my car off I get the text regarding additional services, the video of the vehicle that was sent to me was not my car but someone else car, I called to let them know about the issue and did not get anyone on the phone until 30 minutes later. Fast forward now it is time to pick up my car and according to my paperwork my tires were rotated but when I looked my tires were not rotated so now after waiting on my car for 8 hours I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to rotate my tires only to leave and my tire pressure light came on and now after a wheel alignment that was recommended the car is drifting to the left something that was not happening before. I been coming here for years and this is the 2nd time I received crappy service.
