    Sarah was great. I tried answering the “here is what we found wrong with your car” message but it did give me an answer that i wanted except yes or no….she happened to call at the exact time when i was overthinking this and told me I didn’t have to use the technology and could always call and talk to her. It immediately calmed me down and we were able to make the overly cautious choices i wanted to protect me and my car. Really appreciate her communication skills.

    When Sarah had to be out, the “team” should’ve stepped in to help with her customers. Instead of stepping in to help I got “Well, I don’t know anything about your service, so I will leave a message for her.” That resulted in 2 more days of waiting. Learn to “run as one” …as a team. Find out what’s going on. Sometimes absences are unexpected, but customer satisfaction is still essential for the business. I’m not just “her” customer. I am Larry Miller Volkswagen’s customer as well.
