I went in for my 10,000 mile servicing. Everything was great and quickly done.

Mike from the service department was very inappropriate. I felt very inappropriate and made a report. I further spoke to the manager Ladrel and he made excuses that he was just a funny guy. When I went home my check engine light came on. I brought my car back the next day and was told they did not put the oil cap back on. They also did not perform the recall and I had to go back for that. Overall, I had a terrible experience and will not be going back to the Volkswagen
