    I understand the delays in getting my vehicle checked and repaired, it was challenging but Jonathan and Ladelle helped me throught it and successfully. They were more than helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. It turned out very well and I am grateful to them to handling it as well as they did.

    I chose this rate because I made an appointment and as soon as I got there, I was questioned by customer service why I was getting an oil change that it wasn’t due yet. I don’t feel like I should have to explain myself to anyone about what I’m doing with my car and how I’m doing it And I also bought tires that were faulty. The car is brand new and and nothing was done to help me get a free set of tires because it was not my fault. The tires were defected so I had to pay for tires when I have insurance on tires, but it wasn’t covered. I’m very disappointed in the way it turned out.
