Very dissatisfied with service. I had an appointment at 930 am for an oilchange, I had to wait 4hours for my car to be ready. I had to ask a few times what is going on two hours in the service tracking said it was not even checked in. It took them from 930 am to 120 pm for an oil change. First time I had taken my car to your dealership where I bought it for an oil change and I was very disappointed.

I was able to schedule an online appointment easily but I needed to speak with service regarding a coolant light that popped up before making the drive. I called several times within 2 days but never was able to actually speak ro someone. Finally, I connected with parts and Tim was the person who walked me through checking my coolant before making the drive to my appointment. Once there, Pam in service did an excellent job taking care of me. My frustration was with your phone system and not getting a service specialist to answer my call.

Only two things were a bit of a problem. First getting through to the service department, no one answered the phone. Second, I was expecting my car at 1300 and it was not ready until 1600 or later. Now I understand you guys are short-staffed, and there has been a lot of turnover among the service advisors but the issue with no one answering the phone has been going on for months. It means that when you come back with a recommendation for more maintenance, I can't talk to anyone to get clarification, very frustrating.
