Good service, Luis was very friendly and helpful. Little disappointed that the sunglasses holder has broken and it costs 150.00 to replace. This is my 2nd VW this has occurred on. Should be a recall and cost nothing.

The reason I didn’t not give a five star rating is because of the amount of time it took to have the service done. I was warned when I arrived of the delay and that they were behind schedule on getting the work done and I chose to wait anyway. Aside from this set back I had no other issues

My experience with Larry H Miller Volkswagen was exceptional. Eddie was my sales person and he made the Transaction actually enjoyable. There was no pressure or price haggling. The atmosphere was very relaxing no stress at all and that’s exactly how I wanted it to be.
