I had an appointment at 9am for an oil change. Took nearly 5 hours for that to be completed, which is ridiculous. Communication was awful and the app you use to notify customers of the progress with their vehicles wasn’t kept up to date and stayed in the status of “inspection” the entire time. 5 hours is ridiculous for a simple oil change. I’d rather go somewhere else to have to completed efficiently but come to the dealer since I have an oil change plan. Believe me though, it’s an utter inconvenience and I won’t be back once my oil change vouchers have been used.

Communication was next to non existent. Took 8 days for a check engine light diagnosis with no communication or courtesy vehicle provided; And I had to come back for additional services a few hours after picking up. To top it off the car wasn’t put through the wash and I’m missing a front passenger stem valve cap now. 1/10
