Hi, I’d like to provide feedback on my recent recall visit. Despite scheduling an appointment and being told a loaner would be available, I was denied any assistance. A manager was present but offered no support, and when we spoke to another service manager, we were told getting a loaner or ride was impossible. This lack of customer service was disappointing, especially considering a potential future purchase. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
