Mike in the service department was great and I was only there for a short amount of time so getting me in and out quick was amazing.

I scheduled an appointment for 7:15 to have my AC looked at and my oil changed. At 12:45 I still had not updates so I checked the link to track the status of my vehicle. At that time, there was no updates and it did not show that my car had even been checked in yet. I called to speak to my representative at 1:15 and she did not know the status of the vehicle. She called me back to let me know that the oil was being changed but that they would be unable to look at my AC today because they were too backed up. When I told her that I had an appointment, she said there were other people ahead of my from previous days. I picked up my car with only the oil change and without anyone looking at my AC.
