    I got a text from Larry Miller Volkswagen for an oil change for $19.99, so I made an appointment and had my daughter take the car there on her day off. The Service Department staff denied anyone sent that text and they would never have it priced that cheap. SO you're saying a random text messaging service knows my name, and the year, make & model of the car we bought there, and list the phone number of LMV, but it's a fake, and then bait and switched my daughter for a 2 change deal for $140. So we've purchased 3 cars there, and we're trying to fake the cost pf an oil change? Really? Bad news for you, as we won't be returning for any more VW's from that dealership.

    I originally went to the dealership with no intentions of buying a car, but because of Stanley Elias, I ended up purchasing a Volkswagen ID.4 at a great price. Stanley is a kind-hearted, hardworking, and honest human being—no BS back and forth, just straight to the point. He genuinely cared about what I needed, made sure I was comfortable, and worked within my budget. His way of doing business is rare, and it’s the only reason I decided to buy the car that day. If it wasn’t for Stanley, I wouldn’t have bought it at all. He’s the best, and I’d gladly buy from him again. He is a friend of mine now due to his friendly nature. He is a great assert to the dealership for having such a personality in their team.

    I've owned two VWs before, but the team at Avondale VW treated me like family. I used to hang out there for weekends on end. Hahaha!!! I could drive any car whenever I wanted. The funny thing is, Lawrence James and I talked for a year before I made my purchase. He remembered my wife was coming from the Philippines before we could seal the deal. It was always a pleasure yucking it up about the cars and stuff in general. Thanks to the team at VW, I am in my 3rd VW. TYVM!

    The guy at the front who I had the appointment with was super nice and helpful when I had questions. But I went home and had a notification pop up on my dash that I needed to lower the oil level on my car immediately. I checked the oil but the had been on so I wasn’t sure if it was in the lines it needed to be between. The notification went away and popped up again on our way to payson, an hour after we had started driving and did not go away. I had to have my dad come out and lower the level because I don’t know how to. There was about double the normal amount of oil in my car. How do I take it to you guys drop it off at 10am and don’t get it back till about 3:30pm and you guys fail to do an oil change correctly???
