VW service employees were amazing. Their Communication is exceptional and greatly appreciated. Waiting less than an hour to get the service complete was a great cherry on the top.

Had a terrible experience with service manager. My car was scratched while receiving service. Dealership had pictures of car when it arrived with no scratches and when I picked up the hood was damaged. Jeremy was very nice however the service manager was very rude ,argued with me and even got in my face and said F you to me. He also said I need to go somewhere else to figure it out and he wouldn’t help. This was audio recorded as well. The GM Steve got involved and has committed to getting the damages corrected. Most unprofessional service manger I have ever come across.

Every time I take my vehicle in I do not leave the scheduled appointment before three hours it’s always three hrs or more. I don’t understand if I make an appointment why it takes so long to get the service done. I do realize it depends on what the service is.

The guy in the service department he’s the older man heavy set guy is very rude and if I have to deal with him when I come in for service, I will be going somewhere else for my service because I’m not dealing with that man
