I have 4 stars because the oil was done in 48 min. And that was awesome. Great job. But with the paperwork that was given to me it had some red flag needs immediate attention. But they were items that had been done within the last 6 months. The least time you guys said it was needed. Which leads me to believe maybe I didn’t need the items taken care of last time. But you are trying to scam money out of people for services our cars do not really need. And when I asked why these items were on there. The person told me well we really didn’t look to see if it was needed we just put the items on there. Which also leads to me to believe that we as customers are being scammed for our money by Larry miller VW service dept. I have lost trust in Larry h miller VW service dept.

I filled this out the other day. Upon completion, it was kicked out. Why? My review was quite negative. You see, a normal 90 minute annual service turned into 2.5 hours. The rep never sought me out to tell me it was running late. NEVER. After 2 hours I spoke to another dude @ service who said it was in the paperwork stage. After 2.5 hours I found my rep who said there was a backup and car is now ready. Backup? Why? I had an appointment. You service appointments before walkins. The young rep gave me my paperwork after I asked if all was well. He said it was. When I entered car I noticed another form saying needed alignment. Your rep was incompetent; a moron. I will NEVER return to Larry Miller. I will get next service @ Lunde's whereI purchased car. I stopped @ Big O on the way home and got alignment $50 cheaper than you quoted.

When checking in, a gentleman asked my name then told me that Mike would be taking care of me. Mike made a comment about "guess I'm not getting a lunch" (mind you, it is 2:00 in the afternoon) and then proceeded to look up my name and said "gotta love those online appointments" very sarcastically. That is not the way to make someone feel very welcomed. Kind of makes me not want to come back, but you are the closest dealership, and I don't want to have to drive into Phoenix.
