Normally when I bring my car in for service, after the car is inspected I get a phone call advising me of any additional work that is recommended aside from the reason I brought my car in. I never got a call letting me know additional items needed to be addressed. I only found out after I picked up my car she got back home with my vehicle. I had taken the day off from work to get maintenance done yet all that could have been done wasn't. I called and was told that manager wasn't available because he was in a meeting and was advised they'd ensure he called me back. I never got a phone call so I called a second time and was told he'd call me back. Today is 1/8/2025 and I've still received no phone call back from 12/26/24 and 12/27/24, the two times I called.

This was the fastest and smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Out sales rep really listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push me into something more expensive or with features I didn't like.
