    I chose this rating mostly because of Willie the Volkswagen guy he took care of me. The best and the service guy was very nice and friendly and helpful. At first I was a little confused by his response when I told him I had certain things on my warranty, but he looked it up and saw that I did, but when I picked up my car, the experience was really nice. He was very friendly and very helpful and asked me if I could give him a reading. I just noticed the email so I’m giving that rating based on my experience thank you.

    Took my car in for two recalls and it was accepted at the appointed time. Was scheduled to be returned to me later in the day and it was. I was kept informed with their text messaging tracker.

    From service to parts, I recommend LHM VW. I love my VW Jetta and I feel heard when getting it worked on. The management is very involved and that makes me feel warm and taken care of.

    We have purchased around 17 cars from LMVW since 2006, and have traveled from all around to get our cars serviced there also. We will continue getting our cars serviced here because we have maintenance agreements, but for no other reason, as the most recent policy changes leave a bad taste in our mouth.
