    We were quoted an hour and 45 min to complete the service. I called to check on the status after almost 4 hr 30 min. They said 20 min. Right after I got off the phone, I was alerted on my app that my car was unlocked and then the hood was opened- telling me that my car sat there for hours and was only touched when I called to inquire. I understand being behind and/or understaffed but this is where communication comes into play. No one bothered to update me until I called much later. From the 20 minutes I was quoted on the phone later, it was still another hour wait. We had this same issue the last time my car was serviced as well. Also, when my husband brought my car in, he expressed concern over the grinding/squeaky noise of my brakes and then he was then rudely addressed by a man saying that it is what it is. We did not pay $45k for a brand new car to sound like a junker when the brakes are applied. Overall, the service department has been nothing but a complete disappointment.
