I appreciate the customer service and the accommodation for a loaner vehicle seeing as we had the extended warranty on our 2022 Tiguan and needed to bring it in to be inspected and I was due with my second child and needed to have a vehicle while my car was repaired. Thank you guys so much! Gave me peace of mind and one less thing to worry about.

I live under a mile from a different Volkswagon dealership but I will always drive the distance for the service department in Avondale. Michael is a true professional and doesn't hardshell anything. He informs on what is needed and explains why. The whole crew is very relaxed. Definitely would recommend.

I made an online appointment almost two weeks in advance and specified the windshield cleaning system was not working and scheduled the 60,000-mile checkup with tranny fluid flush and spark plug replacement. I dropped it off at 7:15am and was told I would receive a call around 9:00am for an update. I never received that call. I called around noon to get an update. I was told my service tech was busy and they would have him call back. He never called back. I called again a few hrs later because I needed to find out if I could pick my car up that night. He finally called back, said they couldn't figure out the windshield wiper issue, and asked if they could keep my vehicle overnight. I said yes. He said he would call me at 9:00am the next morning to update me. I never received a call. I called them and again was told he was busy and would call me back. When he finally called me back a couple hrs later, he asked what fluid I used for the windshield. I told him a standard fluid from Autozone, and he told me it wouldn't be covered under warranty because the fluid I used caused clogging in the lines (which is hard to believe because we use the same fluid on our other cars and have never had an issue). He said they would try to have it ready for me by 5:00pm. I stated if it wasn't ready for pickup that, I would need a courtesy vehicle so I could go to work on Monday. He said they did not have any available courtesy vehicles. Luckily, I was able to pick it up that evening. I love our vehicle, and I've been a VW owner since 2012, but the recent service we've received has been VERY subpar, and we will most likely not be returning to buy another VW.
