Mike was awesome to work with. He personally checked my horn to see if it was working or not and told the technician to re-inspect the vehicle. Excellent customer service.

The process was straight forward and painless. Richard did an amazing job as the salesman and there was no pressure in finance. Finance only wanted us to add on what we thought made sense, whether that be nothing at all or all the add ons.

I booked my service online for front rotors and brake pads along with the spark plugs, the price online for both services came up to $574 total and no additional information on possible other charges, I go and pick up my vehicle and service advisor says your bill came up to $1200, that’s more than double what I had allocated for this and I don’t have the money, the amount seen online is what I expected to pay. I had to pay with a credit card due to not having the rest of the money. I feel deceived. Manger was not in the office at the time of the pick up and service advisor stated that he would follow up with manager on the next day. No call or follow up from either. I called later in the day yesterday left a voicemail with Jeremy service advisor and still no follow up. I have screenshots of how the online scheduling for services showed me the amounts. I need this resolved.
