    This was my second very disappointing experience at this location, and I feel customers deserve to know what to expect. When I first arrived, I was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone. The service representative assigned to me (Sarah) was not busy but still made no effort to recognize that I was waiting or let me know she would be with me shortly. Another representative was on the phone—which I understood—but even a simple gesture to acknowledge a waiting customer would have been appreciated. Once I approached Sarah, I explained I was there for the 40,000-mile inspection, but instead of helping me right away she first questioned me about why I hadn’t done certain services previously. That is not a professional or customer-friendly approach. The bigger issue came with the pricing. She told me the service would be around $1,100, which was completely wrong. I had booked the appointment through their website at $259 and even had an appointment confirmation code. Instead of honoring it immediately, she insisted that I “prove it” to her. Only after I showed her my confirmation did she review the included services and write some notes before taking my keys. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Customers are paying for these services and deserve respect, clear communication, and honesty. Staff here should be trained on customer service basics and management needs to ensure pricing online matches what is quoted in person. Based on my repeated negative experiences, I cannot recommend this service center, and I strongly encourage management to take a closer look at how their team treats customers.

    For the first time, EVER, I had an excellent experience leasing my VW ID.4. I was able to text with Andres for most of the necessary things and then test drove and signed paperwork. The number I was quoted via text never changed, and all involved were fantastic.

    Sarah helped us with everything our vehicle needed. The exceptional service received from her is one I have never experienced while having a vehicle serviced. She made sure me and my husband had everything we needed and taking care of during our visit. This is how a person is supposed to feel after having their car serviced correctly.
