    Although there was a small hiccup as my service transitioned between managers this Service Team listed to me and acted quickly to take ownership of the repair and rental. A+ resolution and an example of how other service departments should treat customers.

    Dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning. Did not hear anything until 3:45 pm.. they close at 4:00.. could not get anyone to answer the phone so I could see what was up with my car. At 3:30 the link still said all that had been done was my car was checked in…8 hours after check in! I had previously been for a tire rotation and oil change a few months back.. it is now clear the mechanics did NOT rotate my tires as they are wearing uneven.

    I recently took my vehicle in for my annual full service oil change. Made an appointment in the morning for 2 pm that afternoon. Found out my previous service advisor was no longer with Larry Miller and was introduced to Sarah. She was very welcoming and asked if I would be waiting or would like a ride home. I chose the former since she stayed it would be a little more than an hour. Vehicle was finished in about the time promised and was washed and ready for me.

    I tried for two straight days to reach the service dept after my Taos was towed there with a flat tire. No one answered the phone and no voicemail was available. The phone just rang endlessly (I called at several different times each day). I finally had to call the Sales Dept and ask them to have the Service Dept call me. Once the service person, Mike, called me, the issue was resolved quickly, with me buying a new tire. It was extremely frustrating not being able to reach the Service Dept, as I was without a vehicle for two days.
