Dale came to the rescue! This is a review of las a while with two visits to make it right, immediately following the repair. My fuel pump went bad and my car was towed Sunday (8/3) and I did not hear from anyone until I reached out on Monday the 4th. Updates were slow, virtually nonexistent over the 5 days for it to be serviced Friday (8/8.) When I picked up my car the same day the job was completed, it smelled of fuel and had 1/4 lower than it was when towed. I asked to speak with a manager. On Monday (8/11), the Manager, Dale, offered to make it right while providing a loaner (I have a sick elderly parent) to alleviate the situation. I got my car back quickly. I felt valued and heard. Thanks for making it right.

Great service, mentioned my concern about the high temperature climate to possibly use a thicker oil, Mike communicated that and made it happen.
